daughter and SIL sleep in the couch with an air bed and they love it. much better than the couch with a regular mattress.
We tossed the regular mattress for our bed in the trailer and installed the Air Dream mattress system used in the high end sofa sleeper in the house. Air bladder on top of a small box spring/foam mattress. Wonderfull, equal to the bed in our house.
Both have probably seen 300+ days of use and no leaks of any kind.
the sofa air mattress is a little more work than the ones with a "fake" mattress, but in kids opinion, worth the effort in sleep comfort.
