My opinion, embrace it and be thankful, to have that opportunity, because end of the day IT WILL NOT COME AGAIN
NoooooOOOOOOOOOO! :)
Say it ain't so!
Lol. We bought our TT bc we knew our time was limited. We tent camped a couple of times a year and she loved it! However, the work involved with tenting and packing was too much. Now we can weekend warrior RV in a heartbeat a few times a month spring to fall. Hopefully, we have at least four or five years before her interests completely change to friends ...and boys (GOD FORBID!)
She actually has a brother. However, we call her our only *child* bc he's 27. (Yes big age gap I know) He tented and backpacked with us until his late teens. Never really had to force him to go. He enjoyed it very much. He still does occasionally pop in with his GF on a Saturday night if we are at a local campground for a burger and a beer. She loves to see her big brother when he arrives at the campground. Everything else for her gets dropped like a hot rock at that point.
