We usually dry camp for a week at NASCAR races. Generators aplenty, all sizes. Supposed to be quiet hours after midnight, yeah right. A 5500 watt open frame a hundred yards away is still noisy.
I normally only run mine in the morning for coffee (30 cup perk) for our 4 camper group. Then again as needed for the microwave, not in use every day. This seems to be more than enough to keep the batteries, 2-12v, up.
