i mostly dry camp. and belive in if you do not like the noise move.
with that said. i try to be the "good" nabour. and not run my gen more than nessary.
as in only day light hrs. no 2:am running.
but the last time out for better than a week i did need battries. so even with a long charge time battries lasted less than one hr. so had to run it more than planed. but then the colsest to us was better than 20 yards away and had a pack (8) teenagers. they made far more noise than my gen did.
