I RV by myself all the time. I have a couple of other single lady friends and we meet up and come and go as we please. Both ways are fun. I have found that when traveling on my own, I met met more people than when I am with others.
I have my dog, good phone connections, my laptop and if anything breaks down - a quick phone call to 1-800-come and get me and a credit card for a hotel if necessary.
Don't be nervous, adventure is good for the soul.
