Do you RV without your significant other?

My DW does not like to camp. She just does not enjoy it. But she won't begrudge me the opportunity to do what I enjoy, so I go camping alone every summer (my work schedule involves no work in summer months). The first summer it felt really strange; I actually felt guilty about enjoying myself so much without her being along. By the second summer I was having a blast; I decide when and where to go, when and where to stop, what to eat, what to do with the time. No need to ask what someone else wants, so no compromises.

I do call home every day or two and let her know that I haven't driven off a cliff or anything, and that I love her.
