- John_WayneExplorer IIThey are also at some of the bigger rallies. FMCA, Good Sam, Quartzsite. And you just go to the booth pay the fee and they come by the camping site and make the repair.
- MushroomExplorerThank you very much. My bar has been around a while I am will be more than happy to pay for any needed repairs. :)

Yes they still do the servicing, we were there couple of weeks ago.
Call Jeremy at Blue Ox and schedule an appointment of when you will be there, he will assign you a site in their wonderful park for the time you will be there. Around 8AM in the morning a nice & knowledgeable gentleman named Lyle will come around to the sites and see what the problem is.
If major work needs to be done he will take the bar into the shop and repair there. I also recommend that he inspect the base plate because mine needed some work that they took care of.
There is no charge for the site if you are a Blue Ox owner, electric and water only. No sewer or bath house BUT a beautiful park.
Word of caution is to make sure that you use INDUSTRIAL ROAD and follow the signs to go to the camp ground, Do Not turn on any other streets that the GPS says, mine took me thru some residential streets with very low hanging branches also the entrance is just past the junction of Industrial Rd & Mill Road.
Ditto, except had mine serviced in June along with the baseplate.
Great Customer Service.
Also stopped at Brake Buddy to have a new plug installed. They checked and tested the BB, installed the new plug, provided a battery direct socket, and a new breakaway switch. Best Part, No Cost. Another great customers service company. - pasco1215ExplorerYes they still do the servicing, we were there couple of weeks ago.
