Does the Tow Dolly have a tag and insurance?
Never thought about it as I tow 4 down but did not have the answer.??? So is title and insurance withe the car being towed the dolly or the towing vehicle? TIA,

In Calif the dolly is not a trailer, as the car has the tag...many DMV people don't realize this so you must bring it to the attention of the desk, instead you get a special sticker (usually used for farm equipment, etc) and it is good for 2 to 5 years (not sure). My RV coverage includes towables.
