Does the Tow Dolly have a tag and insurance?
Never thought about it as I tow 4 down but did not have the answer.??? So is title and insurance withe the car being towed the dolly or the towing vehicle? TIA,

Tag - state dependent. Tennessee will issue a tag and registration if you want, but it is not required. (When I had a tow dolly, from 2007 to 2010, I registered and got a tag the first year, but never renewed it. I did that so the state would have a record that I owned it in case it was ever stolen.)
Insurance - covered by the automotive insurance of the towing vehicle while being towed.
