Doing without propane
I eat alot raw and enjoy use of the microwave. For heat would there not be possible alternatives for a small 24 ft. motorhome? I have never tried anything but propane and would want something very saf...

Ford won’t care. It’s not a Ford product. What you’re saying is like calling your auto mechanic to fix your dishwasher.
And fwiw, if it’s ugly or questionable, no one with a conscience or liability perceived or otherwise will not certify that it’s “ok.”
You’re heeding good advice from the LP place, imo. Find someone to actually re-certify it, if you dont have the experience or knowledge to confirm or dispel what your LP guy said.
On another note, is the rest of the Moho in much better condition, or is it time to think about $ spent fixing a rust bucket vs moving on to something in better condition?
