Dolly Saftey Chains Alternative
Dolly towing not much more hastle than a towbar, except for crawling under to hook up the safety chains. Code calls for chain, cable, or strap to be leagal. So why not just get another pair of strap...

I think it is law to safety chain any "coupling", but I never thought of a "car to dolly" not being a coupling, but I could have figure such, because if it was, it would be illegal to tow it in the first place. (in OR anyway)
We all know it don't "NEED" safety chains to be safe, so in that case, it ain't gonna get'm if I have to lay in the dirt !!:)
