Ifit is like almost all other Honda's, you would have to have the key in the first position to unlock the steering wheel.
It would have to be the fwd (2wd). Since the change in 2015 to the new CVT transmission, none have been towable 4 down, and the AWD are not towable on a dolly.
If I see my neighbour tomorrow, I'll ask him about the steering.
