Take the metal cover off and see whats going on may need to blow it out sometimes the orifice will get stopped up easy to blow out.Look to see if it lights and if the flame is all blue.Make sure the gas valve is open all the way that is on orifice. Remember this is propane and can cause fire be careful..Also check to make sure that you have voltage to board when you unplug the shore power 12.7 to 13.6 sounds like it might be the battery check it.Hope this helps.
