Don't try living off the grid in your own house!

We live in Jacksonville Florida .. our sewer/water/electric bill combined comes once a month and we pay a flat fee, for a "supply of water" and the sewer, the electric is metered and varies each month.

IF we use more than a specific amount of water, we pay extra - I don't know what the amount is, but we're never exceeded it. We have no pool and lawn watering it part of the community system and paid with HOA fees.

Our water/sewer fee is $40 a month ... never changes in three years.
