These are on the SHOULDER of the road.

And the operative word is ...... OUCH!!!

Dolly was definitely not aligned. That is not a drivable dolly. Man, it flipped that truck over like nothing.

Right you are! I looked again and it appears to be driver-less!! It hit a lane narrowing Jersey Barrier on the shoulder.

Where is the drivers position in that operation.
