I was about to post a comment here, but I won't because it would be identical to yours!!

I entered all my info at the web site. My lock was part of the recall. After entering everything it wasn't really clear they were going to automatically send a new lock. I was going to call, but I guess I'll just wait

I just called them to ask where my stuff is and the lady told me they are running six to eight weeks behind...whatever behind means.
