Ok. There's a big difference between a driver's license and the individual state laws regarding trailer towing. So, your DL is good everywhere in the US and other places. Tow lawsare state by state. As far as I know, there is no double towing in Oregon and Washington State, as well as some Eastern states. You can findthe info on line.
