Here on the towing forum, the words "weight distribution" make us think of the weight distribution hitch between the camper and the truck.
In this case, the video is showing the effect of how a loaded camper tongue weight affects stability of the camper and tow vehicle. Yes, the weight distribution of having the proper trailer tongue weight balance per the trailer gross weight is not correct.
It is a good video to help show the point. Thanks for sharing this. It should help many visualize the problem.

Ideally, the tongue weight should be about 10-15% of the trailer's total weight. You can adjust the weight distribution by moving cargo within the trailer or using a weight distribution hitch. This can help prevent trailer sway and improve your vehicle's handling and braking.

That said:
- 10% is marginal. 12-15% is good. More is better but other issues usually start to get in the way (most common is the truck can't handle the higher hitch weight.
- Also a WDH won't fix a bad weight distribution. WDH helps with a front truck axle that becomes too light due to hitch weight reducing the front axle weight.
