We have the CUISINART Grind and Brew Coffee maker here and always bring a couple of bottled water we like just to make coffee with... We found out you have to use the same water to get the same coffee taste all the time... This is what we drink as well at the camp sites... The beauty of this type of coffee maker is it is only 'ON' for about five minutes time then completely shuts off... Great for using generator to make coffee when off-grid... Our back up is the COLEMAN Stove Top Percolator and I have a manual coffee grinder for the coffee beans... My truck also has a PSW Power Inverter that comes in handy at times as well... My GIBBS CAMPING RULE #1 is don't mess with the truck start battery however... This is the only way to get home hehe...

This makes up the coffee in a thermos carafe and last a pretty long time...
The on-board fresh water is just for the sink...
Here locally the dump sites are starting all kinds of new rules for disposing of plastic items… I guess they will be searching the plastic bags next to get the plastic items separated there too... Plastic lives forever I reckon...
Looks like we are alittle late on the oceans... I know we campers all want to do our part when we can... I used to burn all the plastic items in the fire pit but that is probably just as bad on the environment as dumping them...
