I guess I understand you are concerned about the quality of campground water and want to drink bottled water. I would think you would want to use bottled water to make coffee for the same reasons. You might also want to think about using bottled water to brush your teeth and for a final rinse after washing dishes.
Lots of contaminants can be absorbed through the skin. If the water is not safe to drink, I am not sure I would feel safe using it for bathing. Also consider that the shower will generator lots of aerosols that could contain contaminants such as mold, bacteria, viruses, heavy metals and organics such as pesticides and other petrochemicals. Do you really want to breath those contaminants while you shower?
