Driveable vs towable for x country trip
We are trying to weigh the pros and cons of the different types of rv for a 2 or 3 month cross country tour. We currently have a class a but have also owned a c and stayed in a 5th wheel on occasion....

All I can offer is why we have a bumper pull. We didn't look at the motorhome because I drive a pickup as my dd anyway. No need to invest in, maintain and insure another driveable vehicle. My wife doesn't like the stairs in a fith wheel. Oooookay. With a bumper pull we have just enough room for our toys when we go fishing and don't mind getting the bed really gross in the process.
