Our problem is the idiots who make a game out of seeing how many laps they can do until they are to dizzy to drive.
A local radio station in Portsmouth, NH actually sponsored a contest to do just that. The State police didn't find it amusing at all. The repercussion played out in the media for months. ,the boneheads still play the game here.
