Here the City is insisting on building a roundabout at an intersection that has five corners, but traffic is so light that hardly ever does anyone wait more than 15 second. However, they got a federal grant to do it, and they are by golly going to do it, messing up traffic for the locals for many months. The latest poll showed that 85% of the local citizens are against it, but it creeps on regardless. Then there's the hulabaloo about the "pubic art" that is going to grace the middle of it.
