We have a couple on I-17 and Happy Valley road that are just terrible. Many semi trucks have turned over because the taper is to the outside, which is opposite of what it should be. These two Round-a-Bouts are on each side of the freeway, and since you need to yield to the circle, when one gets full in rush hour, you can't get into it because there is no break in traffic. In some places they work, but this isn't one of them. I remember they did a survey of the people in the area and around 95% of the folks who had used it, hated it.
