I and my Truck Driver employees regularly have to drive in the Roundabouts, mostly in Colorado. I drive with our 39 ft 5th Wheel, stock and flat bed ranch trailers, and once in a while I take a run with one of our semis when the driver is off.
I can't remember how many times I have had to stop in a Roundabought to keep from my trailer wheels from running over some auto that is trying to pass me on the left. The auto driver gets beside the trailer, can't pass, and unless I stop my trailer wheels will run over the car.
I have even had to get out of my truck and walk to the car driver to get the car driver to back up so that I could go on through the Roundabout. The last time this happened to me was In March this Year in the Roundabought at the I-70 exit at Avon, Colorado. The lady in the car insisted that I sould back up my truck and trailer rather her backing up. She finnaly backed up when I told her that I would park there until Hell Froze Over until she backed up enough for me to continue.
