FL law will now ticket you for not getting out of the left lane.

I have not found that to be true, especially in the mountains. Not doubting you, but many automobiles will drive in the left lane because the right lane is so chewed up from the truckers running chains in the winter. It can be really bad when the left lane is so much smoother.
Too bad those who drive in the left for the better road surface do not pull aside for those in haste and then return back.
