I got pulled over about 24 years ago, for driving in the left lane of I 90 near Ritsville (just me and 2 WSP officers in sight). The right lane was very rough, got off with a warning!
Basicly “far left” lane is for passing. Nothing new.
I have towed in left lane many times where the right lane is beating the HE!! out of my rigs. I figure if I get pulled over I will say fix your roads and I will drive in the appropriate lanes.
I do move over when someone is coming up behind me.
