Where do you think the laws come from? When the norm changes, often too does the law. It's just a bit slower to come around.
Also, someone driving the speed limit but violating a left lane law doesn't meet the definition of "abiding by the law".
I'm talking about the people who tow at 55 as required in Cali as supposedly being the dangerous ones when idiots come flying up behind them. Again, you can't make up the stupidity that is sometimes posted in here.
