I 95 through the Carolinas is my notorious place. It is 2 lanes In each direction
Often you will see an RV in the fast lane impeding traffic.
Speed limit has nothing to do with impeding traffic, if there is an available lane to move right into simply move over. I'm not suggesting everyone speed. I'm just Suggesting no one and impede the traffic flow.
Becomes dangerous When all the traffic Starts to Build behind the impeding vehicle.Before you know it Cars are all swirling in and out and dodging about trying to pass one slow moving vehicle.
The driver of The impeding Vehicle Appears to bleed oblivious to all the swirling traffic.
It is for this reason impeding traffic laws exist.In the end slowing down The natural Flow of the traffic Is dangerous for everyone.
