My patience has long ago run out with law breakers always ruling the roost. How about the bad guys/speeders "not always" getting their way on the roadways? How about the concept that fast drivers are the ones making it dangerous instead of slow drivers are the ones that are making it dangerous? :S
As has been said before it’s the “out of norm” drivers that make it dangerous, too slow or too fast. The roost always has been and always will be ruled by what most people want to do.
