If you ever drive in the Baltimore/D.C. area, you will see the idiots come down an on ramp and immediately go to the left lane. The left is always bumper to bumper and the passing is done in the right lane. Try traveling I70 to western Maryland on a nice Friday afternoon to witness total ignorance. I believe that this 16 page diatribe proves my point that the left lane "issue" comes mostly from the speeders and not from those that have a modicum of common sense.
