I notice that the list is nine years old. In the case of at least one state--Michigan--the law has changed to "left lane for passing only".
Not only that, Oregon has a specific law for trucks, trailers and “campers” that has always forbidden left lane travel except for passing. They’re working on passing a similar law for all vehicles.
