I notice that the list is nine years old. In the case of at least one state--Michigan--the law has changed to "left lane for passing only".

While that map may be 10 yrs old look at Mi. again. It says "must move if blocking traffic". If someone has to pass a slower car on the right then the driver in the left lane is "blocking traffic". Some may take offense but, if you are a left lane driver when the right lane is open you're either ignorant or feel you can drive where ever you want and to he%# with what others do. It's really a matter of being courteous which seems for the most part too have been lost
