"driving" in the left lane. YES it's illegal.

We have HOV lanes on our major highways here. Some drivers think just because they have 2 or more persons in their car, they are *REQUIRED* to drive in the HOV lane. They often drive at, under and sometimes well under the posted speed limit which is so friggin' annoying, especially when drivers in the leftmost fast lane are going waaay above the posted speed limit. Sometimes you can get stuck behind one of them with no possibility of getting around them when traffic is heavy.

We've had some drivers think it's funny to stick a life-like dummy in the passenger seat and drive in the HOV lane. The cops seem to spot them okay but not the slow-pokes. Haven't seen an RV in an HOV lane yet tho. :)
