Borax or Calgon (Borax is easier to find) keeps the inside of the tank "slick." Usually we dump before moving, add a cup of Borax dissolved in a couple of gallons of hot water, to both the gray and black tanks. Also a good squirt of dish detergent to the black--the gray already gets all kinds of soap/detergent in it.
