Almonds and Pistachios take 1.1 gallon Per Nut to grow.
Many are exported to Asia.
Pretty sure a reallocation of water is necessary.
Each Pistachio I ate that night, was tempered by guilt that a CA resident couldn't flush their low-flow toilets.
