Ditto and did come up on the debris field his tires left about 5 or so miles later
He was on the side of the road, about 30 feet off pavement
Fiver had body damage and both tires still on the fiver and debris on pavement were
smoking
Crowded with folks going home after a 3 day weekend just north of Sacramento Calif
He was passing folks on the right side and his Fiver swayed each time he cut back
into the fast lane (4 lane highway 99, 2 lanes each side)
Saw him coming in the mirror and what made me notice was seeing just the top of
his Fiver above traffic was moving lane to lane. I pulled over even more and
almost touched the dirt shoulder trying to give this moron more room to pass me
towing a 8K utility trailer
Do not know how many tires blew, but more than two from the amount of debris and
the length of that debris field...guessing just short of a mile. There
were several cars and trailers also stopped on the shoulder and am
guessing they got rubber debris tossed into their TV's and cars. Couldn't
see any major damage to anyone else
Was doing around 65MPH and Calif tow speed limit is 55 MPH...he blew
past me as if standing still. Guessing he was north of 85MPH
Didn't stop because there were over a dozen or so vehicles stopped
around that moron
Extremely lucky for him and folks around him
