Dum de dum dum Wanted Alive

I want a wall clock crystal lens, with day and date but not numeric, like grand father clocks, sorta, Atomic timed and if there is such a critter one that changes time whne you enter a different time zone.
I want it for the MH.
So far, all mostly I have found, is wal mart grade, chinese plastic, in the same four or five designs everywhere.
i have found a couple that are crystal lens but no day date nor lighted but atomic radio timed.
As a reward, I will dance at your next wedding.
  • The atomic clock feature will keep the time set accurate but will not change when entering a new time zone. That would require a GPS clock with a database installed to recognize the exact location of the time zone boundaries. I don't think such a clock exists. Very low demand for one.

I'm not aware of any wall clocks that are GPS equipped to change time zones automatically. So called "atomic clocks" of course, come in a wide variety of styles and shapes and keep the basic time accurate via radio signals, but the time zone is a local setting.

the Lacrosse Technology 12" round analog wall clock depicted in a previous post will auto change into/out of daylight savings time but not time zones.

we've been looking for the same type of clock as the OP for quite some time with not a lot of success. I finally settled for this clock for the MH. large numerals, ez to read and set. most people don't cross into a different time zone all that often and changing time zones on this clock takes about 5-seconds. yeah, it would've been nice to have that done automatically. the kicker is that this clock is battery operated and that was a huge plus for us.

This is not a wall clock but the best all around Digital reaadout clock from the Big Stores like WALMART for me by for has been this one...

This has battery back-up and has the self correcting feature. Has large readout and is always correct except when I cross a time zone which will require a new manual time zone setting. My communications type life style I live in requires the 24-hour read modes for my clocks...

Being OFF-ROAD here most of this one "really takes a beating and keeps on ticking" as the old infamous saying goes...

Here at the home front I use one of those Radio Shack large Digital wall mounted Digital 24-hour dispay that has all of the information you are looking for but again is a Digital Read out. Radio Shack 63-1438... Also hard to find a RADIO SHACK anymore as well.

Kinda hard to get all of this information from a standard old clock style faceplace..

My other big deal for the RV Trailer was one of those large display Weather Station Panels with digital clock and remote outside sensor made by LA CROSS WS-8015TWC... Very useful to have in the RV...

    All photos from GOOGLE images

The really big issue for us was maintaining the clocks moving in and out of the Time Zones thing... I don't think my wall mounted clock that came with my 5th wheel was meant to be taken down all the time to get corrected haha Finally got all of the RV TRAVELING out of my blood and seem to do most of our RV CAMPING withing a few hundreds miles around the home base here in Northern Neck Virginia now...
