Dumping it on the highway? A cop see's 'any' fluid coming from an RV and he's thinking sewage and big big hazmat & county fines. Got the time to spend explaining to a NON RV'ing person with a badge and gun it is not sewage??
There probably is not one cop in the US that did not see the news about that rock band in their Prevost dump their black tank going over one of the bridges in Chicago. :W
