dumping fresh water question
I was wondering if there was a proper way to dump the fresh water left in the tank before leaving a campsite. I usually drain on site, but the father in law says not to do that. And he usually takes ...

Has anyone thought of planning a little bit better how much fresh water they will be using during a weekend trip so you don't end up with a full tank of water?
And I would assume the dilema of 'where' to dump fresh water pertains ONLY to boondocking RV'ers, because if you have hookups you don't need any water in the fresh tank.
Thought boondockers were pro's on how to do without! Or at least not have too much of something you don't want to take back when done camping!!! :B
