I don't dump my water until I get home. I like to be prepared in case of an emergency such as a breakdown. I might not hook up to water and work off the tank for the last few days to lighten the load a little but it is not much of a consideration. And yes, I also think it is rude to spray other vehicles dumping water going down the road or leave the next person with a soggy site.
