In my case I keep our trailer here at the house so at the beginning of the season after I've sanitized the system or at the end of the season when I want to empty it completely I just drain fresh water on to the driveway where some of it evaporates and the rest runs out to the street and into the storm drain. During the season though I don't have any reason to drain fresh water.
