There should be no reason why you can't connect to the municipal sewer system. If you can drain downhill with the correct slope, it'd be straightforward. If you need to go uphill, you could install a small holding tank and "grinder" type effluent pump. I wouldn't think an RV macerator pump is a good idea for long term use and over the winter when it's below freezing, besides it may not comply with the plumbing code.
Since this would be a plumbing matter and not an on-site disposal system, you could call a local plumber and see what's involved and what they might charge. There'll be a few code things to comply with like cleanout location, pipe slope & size, etc. It looks like according to NC regulations that the MH would be considered a residence.
FWIW, it also looks like NC allows a privy as per their septic disposal system regs. :)
