Granted this is probably not an issue during slow times, BUT it would be during the summer. Just like at a hotel Campgrounds have a check in times for a reason, 1) they need to ensure the prior people have left the site, 2) the site might need cleaning, 3) they have work THEY need to get done to prepare for the people arriving that day, i.e. put the packets together, stock the store, etc. IMO it's extremely rude to arrive early and expect the host to drop everything and cater to those who think they're above the rules!!!!
