Sure, hitch handles may help but weight is weight and for some of us the lighter the hitch head & shank the better. :B I've recently begun storing our trailer at a nearby conservation area where we also camp frequently and to that end just today bought a simple shank & hitch ball to use for moving the trailer from the lot to the campsite, which will be much easier on my back than having to mount a heavy WD head.
