We are weekend warriors. I enjoy cooking while home, but camping is my vacation too. This means easy meals like bratwurst on the grill and instant mashed potatoes. We buy all the stuff that kills you while traveling, but that's what makes it fun for me and the kids. We usually eat out if we get to camp late or see a local placer that looks promising, but like others, usually disappointed and leave longing for bratwurst and instant mashed potatoes.
