Deb here: I HATE to cook. I hate to plan meals, and shop for the ingredients. So when we're camping (or snowbirding) - every meal that I didn't fix is a delight. Even if it's a chicken wrap from McD's. Since our sightseeing vehicle is a TC with a mini-kitchen, our usual fare is a protein shake for breakfast, lunch is wherever the mood strikes us; then dinner might be a sandwich and soup.
Snowbirding, I have a kitchen, so I DO prepare simple, healthy meals; but Ed never has to urge me to try a new restaurant - I'm game to eat almost anything. As long as I don't have to cook it.
