Wasn't like you couldn't have one also. I was moving with the technology.
There were many that took advantage of not only the charger but a 15,000 credit. I didn't get that but my lease was for 127.00 a month for 2 years now that was a gift.
not complaining (well, kinda..govt handouts are waaaaaaay too frequent and unnecessary. but i digress.). just pointing out that the govt...any govt...has no money to give or spend without first acquiring it from the goverened. Free stuff is a myth.
