I have felt a slight shock from my MH several times at my storage yard. The MH is not plugged in at the time and happens regardless of the position of the battery disconnect switch. After researching this I found it's the over-head power lines, there are a lot of them and you can hear them buzzing.
That's still a bad ground. :h
I didn't comment on whether the ground was bad or not, only that the power source was a little unique.

Those aren't power lines, those are 'transmission' lines. They are supposed to ground them every 1/4 mile but trust me once they are up they do NOT because no one ever bothers to check to make sure they did.:( And that is called stray voltage the nature of the beast. Enough to kill a dog and enough to shock a full grown cow enough to prevent milking. If you live under these I suggest you learn more about them......I sold my life long dream home because they went up next to it.:W
