I've found Yahoo and Hotmail are the worst email services. I send customers emails about there order status and Hotmail and Yahoo constantly block the emails without letting either party know. Emails never even reach their junk mail folder. It's gotten to the point where I tell my customers that they should use not use Yahoo and Hotmail.
